The 3on3 Underage Challenge proved to be a great success in Killanin today. Over 70 players under the age of 12 took part in a series of games with teams made up of boys and girls of different ages. This was an initiative of our club technical director, Salva Camps, who oversaw the day with the help of Mike Callaghan, our American import, and other Premier League players and club officials.  There were two objectives for today. One was to have players get a chance to play in a format that would give them more time on the ball so they could build on the skills being coached in training. The second was to have a fun day. The crowd of players and parents present generally agreed that both objectives were met and that this was great value for €5. Well done to everyone who made this such a great success.
