Gerald Lyons’ team traveled to Sligo at the weekend to play the Connacht Community games U16 basketball finals and cruised to a 66-13 win in the final against a gallant Breaffy team after an equally easy win against the Sligo champions on a 60-15 scoreline. A much sterner test awaits the boys in Athlone in mid August.
