There is a important meeting next week with a one item agenda – GALWAY BASKETBALL THE WAY FORWARD. The meeting is on Monday November 24th at 8:30 pm in the Westwood House Hotel, Dangan. A big issue will be to make sure we continue to provide all teams with an adequate numbers of competitive games in their leagues. If you are in any way involved, please get along. As you may be aware there has been a consensus for some time to amalgamate both the Senior and Juvenile Basketball Boards in Galway. Both committees decided at the beginning of the season to get the various leagues up and running before there was a meeting called of all interested and like minded people involved in the game of basketball in Galway to discuss and hopefully come to agreement. As all competitions are now up and running a meeting has been arranged for Monday November 24th at 8:30 pm in the Westwood House Hotel , Dangan with a one item agenda, GALWAY BASKETBALL THE WAY FORWARD.
