Q: When and where is the Gala Night?
Saturday 19th September at the Galway Bay Hotel.
Q: What time does it start?
Drinks reception from 7:30pm, with dinner to follow at approximately 8:15–8:30pm.
Q: What’s included in the ticket?
Drinks reception, meal & wine, special guest MC Timmy McCarthy, live music by The Gamblers, and a DJ late into the night.
Q: How much are tickets?
€75 per person or €750 for a table of 10.
Q: Can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable — so if you can’t make it, you can pass your ticket on to someone else.
Q: What is the dress code?
Formal attire.
Q: Are dietary requirements catered for?
Yes — please let us know your requirements when booking and we will accommodate them.
Q: Is there a seating plan?
Seating is free — choose your own spot on the night! If you’d like to sit with friends, we recommend booking a table of 10 together.
