CC Mhaigh Cuilinn featured prominently in some recent West Region Girls Schools success.

• Salerno beat Calasanctius College Oranmore 50 -45 in the U19A final
• Coláiste na Coiribe won the U19C final vs St Joseph’s Charlestown 26 -19
• Taylor’s beat St Joseph’s in the U16C final 39-16.

All the schools will be playing in their All Ireland series in the new year including Salerno U16s with Maigh Cuilinn players Tara Banerjee, Kayla Cox, Sophie Golden, Aisling Heaney featuring there.

The Maigh Cuilinn players who lined out for the various schools in their victories were as follows:-

Maigh Cuilinn Salerno Players

Sophia Carpenter, Jenny McDonagh, Stephanie Walsh, Roisin Harvey, Rebecca Sullivan, Karly Tierney and Ruth O’Sullivan.

Maigh Cuilinn Coláiste na Coiribe Players

Aimee Leonard, Megan Leonard and Robyn Devane.

Maigh Cuilinn Taylors Hill Players

Aoibhin Connolly, Lily Hynes, Grace Clifford, Eabheann Conneely, Megan Fondja, Sophie Maher, Sophie Darcy, Eva Flaherty, Fiona Fox, Aoibheann Reid, Jade Grealy, Nessa Tabachuk and Ciara O’Connor.
