Our U11 Boys finished off their season in style when they played an U11 Blitz in the Jes on Sunday 29th April.
They played 3 games against East Galway Celtics, Titans & Maree. From the very start of the day the lads put in great effort and had some flashes of superb team play on both ends of the court in all the games.
A little bit of history was made when they were the first Moycullen team to play a team from East Galway Celtics; it’s great to see a new club formed in Galway & we’ll hopefully have many more games against them in the future.
Unfortunately we had a few absentees but the boys put in great effort with no shortage of skill, team on the day was; Nathan Tierney, Timo Parsons, Marc Beatty, Joseph Hedges, John O’Sullivan, James Murray & Roan Creaven.
They have been training all year and have shown massive improvement since the start of the year; roll on next year.
