Moycullen Basketball Club are delighted to announce the signing of Brandon McGuire for the upcoming 2017/2018 SuperLeague season.

Hailing from Philadelphia, Brandon was a 4 year scholarship athlete with Division 3 Moravian College of the Landmark Conference, where he had a stellar career.
Last year he averaged 18 points, shooting 65% from the field (42% from 3 point range) and 10 rebounds per game.
The year before he had 17.4 points per game along with 9 rebounds per game while shooting 53% from the field.

Standing 6-4, Brandon plays the 4 position and is already settling in well with the team and his teammates while showing how good a fit he is for our style of play.

Brandon made his debut at the Donie Greene Memorial pre-season tournament this past weekend, where he put in some impressive displays.

We wish Brandon the very best for the upcoming season and we look forward to some great displays from him in the Moycullen colours.

Our first game of the 2017/2018 season is fast approaching as we go to Oranmore to play Maree, this coming Saturday at 7:45. Our first home game of the season is the following weekend; Saturday, September 23rd at 7pm in the Kingfisher when we take on DCU Saints.
