This Saturday SSE Renewables Moycullen welcomes reigning Cup Champions Bord Gais Neptune of Cork to the Kingfisher Saturday 18th at 6.30pm.  This is the fourth meeting of the two teams having already played twice in the cup and once in the league. While Neptune have come out on top in the previous meetings, the Moycullen lads had one of their better home performances in the cup match at the Kingfisher. Mike Callaghan continues to lead his team and all scorers as the league top scorer and has produced ‘double doubles’ in every game this season. His battle with Darren Townes will be interesting. Neptune suffered one of the biggest shocks in recent years when they went down to Dublin Inter last Friday night in the home gym in the Cup Semi Final and will obviously be looking to bounce back from that as quickly as possible while SSE Renewables Moycullen will hope to give the home crowd something to cheer about.
